Our Services facilitate the submission of information by users and the routing of that information to participating lenders, investors, or third-party funding providers, who independently evaluate and determine any funding offers.
3. No Offer, No Guarantee
Use of the Services does not constitute a loan offer, approval, or commitment.
All funding decisions, rates, terms, approvals, and funding timelines are determined solely by participating lenders or providers. Submission of information does not guarantee approval or funding.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using the Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. User Accounts
You may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted through your account.
6. Fees & Payments
The Syndicate may charge platform, technology, or service fees related to access or use of the Services. The Syndicate does not charge interest, originate loans, or collect payments related to funding provided by third-party lenders.
Any fees charged by lenders or providers are disclosed separately by those parties.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Misrepresent information
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access or automated scraping
- Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to The Syndicate and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you consent to data processing as described therein.
10. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions or changes to availability.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Syndicate and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue shall lie in state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
