General Information

Let's Syndicate is a financial technology platform that operates as a marketplace. Let's Syndicate is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Our platform facilitates connections between businesses and participating lenders or third-party funding providers.

All credit decisions, rates, terms, approvals, and funding outcomes are determined solely by participating lenders or providers.

No Offer or Guarantee of Approval

Submission of information through our platform does not constitute a loan offer, approval, or commitment of any kind.

Pre-qualification results, estimates, or example terms displayed on our platform are non-binding and provided for informational purposes only. Final approval and terms are subject to lender review and underwriting criteria.

Rates, Terms, and Estimates

Any rates, terms, payment amounts, or funding ranges displayed on our website are estimates only and may not reflect actual loan terms. Final terms are determined by participating lenders based on factors that may include credit profile, business financials, collateral, cash flow, and program requirements.

Rates, fees, and terms may vary by lender and are subject to change without notice.

Credit Review and Credit Impact

Participating lenders determine how credit is reviewed. Some lenders may use soft credit inquiries during initial review. If a hard credit inquiry is required as part of a lender's underwriting process, you will be informed before it occurs.

Let's Syndicate does not perform credit checks and does not determine whether a hard or soft inquiry is used.

Technology and Automated Processes

Let's Syndicate utilizes technology-enabled systems to assist with information collection and submission routing to participating lenders based on eligibility criteria provided by those lenders.

Let's Syndicate does not perform underwriting, make credit decisions, set loan terms, or approve funding. All final decisions are made by participating lenders or providers.
